Description

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for any role • Partner with VP, Directors, etc. to build world class organizations; be a strategic thought partner • Define and drive process building through levels of ambiguity in a scrappy, fast-paced environment • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world-class teams and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience • Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • Ability to source 100+ quality candidates per week while running full life cycle • Minimum 5+ years of full cycle technical and/or performance marketing recruiting experience • Strong sourcing and offer negotiation capabilities • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
