• About QuintoAndar: • QuintoAndar was born to do something very rewarding: open doors. • We opened doors for technology to be part of living. • And, through it, we simplify and reduce the bureaucracy of the experience of those looking for a new home. • Thus, we became the most valuable proptech in Latin America. • To make all this happen, we have more than 4,000 talented people, working with cutting-edge technology and best design practices. • QuintoAndar is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internal Controls Senior Analyst. • This pivotal role involves managing projects, mapping processes, and identifying potential risks within the company. • Map and design the flowchart of operational processes, identifying weaknesses and existing controls; • Develop risk and control matrices, following COSO guidelines and internal control methodologies; • Propose, monitor, and support the execution of action plans resulting from mapped processes and validate implementation evidence; • Test the effectiveness of implemented controls; • Develop and maintain control indicators; • Prepare presentations and reports for the area; • Revise policies, procedures, and manuals; • Develop and deliver technical training; • Structure processes and procedures for monitoring and evaluating regulatory compliance; • Lead projects related to the assessment and establishment of internal controls; • Develop actions to disseminate the culture of internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field of knowledge; • Minimum of four years of experience in internal processes and controls; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Knowledge of SAP S/4; • Proficiency in workflow process tools; • Knowledge of SOX Compliance, COSO Framework and internal control methodologies; • English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus.
