â˘Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro â˘Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers â˘Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns â˘Support our remote teams with meeting room technology â˘Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects â˘Learn and master our in-house developed platform
â˘Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst â˘Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 â˘Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD â˘Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration â˘Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly â˘Strong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers â˘A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions â˘Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply! â˘Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable) â˘Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)
