•Service Desk Analyst for TLC Worldwide, a MarTech solution provider. •Manage IT issues, set up accounts, and support remote teams. •Tackle diverse IT challenges in a sales-driven environment.

Requirements

•Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst •Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 •Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD •Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly •Strong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers •A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions •Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply! •Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable) •Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)
