🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional prototyping skills, rapidly visualizing and exploring multiple product design directions according to hypotheses - always considering technical, business, and experience goals • Track record working in the entire product development process, from problem-framing through to detailed UI and visual design; • World-class portfolio, with a track record of designing and shipping industry leading digital products. • Experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions; • Experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders (C-level); • Knowledge & experience in user psychology, research methodology, and usage data; • Experience mentoring mid-level and senior designers; • Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are mandatory. • Experience on projects using AI (desirable)
