β€’ Plan, organize and manage the implementation of Sage Intacct accounting solutions for clients from start to finish. β€’ This will include defining, tracking and communicating incremental release objectives and milestones and guiding teams to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. β€’ Work closely with stakeholders to effectively build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, and achieve consensus on the impact of changes to team priorities, scope and schedules β€’ Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications β€’ Monitor, review, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues in a timely manner, and actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness β€’ Ensure project artifacts are complete, current, and appropriately catalogued β€’ Be a team leader who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved β€’ Manage multiple Sage Intacct projects simultaneously

Requirements

β€’ At least 4 years experience managing IT projects and client relationships remotely within a distributed team β€’ Exceptional organizational experience β€’ A customer service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction β€’ Experience working with business decision-makers β€’ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively and to clearly and effectively communicate information β€’ Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups β€’ Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the company β€’ Approachable and open β€’ Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in responding to phone calls and emails β€’ Demonstrated strengths in organization, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail β€’ Demonstrated ability to support the management of multiple programs, meet deadlines, and appropriately adjust priorities in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
