• Quora’s mission is to grow and share the world’s knowledge. • Seeking a talented Android Engineer to join in building Poe, a generative AI platform. • You'll design, develop, and maintain the Poe Android app. • Collaborate with the product team to build new user features and create tools for rapid development. • Help shape the future of AI and mobile platforms as a founding member.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience in Android development • Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin, Android frameworks, and mobile engineering best practices • A strong creative mindset to design simple but powerful user experiences • High attention to detail in all aspects of development from performance to UI • Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability to new technologies, proficiency in handling ambiguity, and a track record of delivering results • A desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and learn continuously • Technical skills to build scalable mobile architecture and infrastructure
