• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our AI Operational Assistants (AIOA) team. • This team builds groundbreaking AI-driven tools that empower healthcare providers to automate workflows, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes. • Drive technical excellence, mentor a talented team of engineers, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. • Play a pivotal role in building innovative AI solutions that address complex operational challenges in healthcare while fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering with 2+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role. • Strong technical expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Node, or similar) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred). • Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven products in a production environment. • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and alignment. • Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments. • Hands-on coding contribution up-to 25%.
