Requirements
• 2+ years of experience • BS/MS in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, or equivalent. • Strong portfolio showcasing impact of designs. • Discerning eye for detail in visual design and information architecture. • Experience in customer advocacy by gathering insights. • Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across web and mobile. • Mastery of Figma. • Skills in rapid prototyping. • Experience with design systems. • Ensuring accessible designs meeting WCAG 2.2 and ADA requirements. • Proficiency in Service Design.
