Description

• Understand customer requirements and provide guidance on DevOps deployment strategies. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient DevOps infrastructure. • Develop automation scripts and workflows using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker, and other relevant technologies. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance. • Troubleshoot AND Resolve issues across the entire stack, from infrastructure to application code. • Deliver deployment strategy workshops with R3 customers. • Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the DevOps processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our DevOps practices. • Ensure all assigned work items are fully managed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Architect, with a minimum of 8 years of experience Architecting and Designing enterprise grade scaled solutions. • Strong Experience with Terraform, Ansible and Helm charts automation with a focus on designing and implementing scalable infrastructure is a must. • Strong Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Proficiency in managing deployments using Helm charts • Cloud experience in Azure DevOps, AWS or Google Cloud. • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing deployment with AKS / EKS / GKE is highly desirable. • Proven experience with monitoring systems like DataDog, Prometheus. • Familiarity with DevOps practices in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance. • Expert knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and source code management workflows. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
