β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 8+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, demand generation, or a related field. β’ Proven track record of successfully designing and creating integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue β’ Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, digital, demand generation, marketing automation, omni-channel marketing, customer marketing, and lead conversion programs β’ Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking β’ Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills β’ Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment β’ Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs β’ Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs β’ Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution β’ Excellent project management skills
