• 5 years of experience working in data analytics • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or related quantitative field • Proficient in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics • Strong understanding of customer cohorts, return on ad spend (ROAS) • Experience with geo-lift and on-platform incrementality testing, conversion lift measurement, multi-touch attribution models and holdout testing • Communication skills and storytelling applied to data analysis is essential • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
