Description

• The Technical Product Manager partners closely with the business to fully understand their objectives and translate them into technical solutions. • They own the product lifecycle, defining user stories, prioritizing the sprint backlog, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. • By aligning development efforts with business goals, they ensure that technical solutions deliver high value. • They also manage team performance metrics, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product success. • The application stack this role will support is focused on SFDC Service Cloud, API Integrations, Q2C/CPQ applications and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. • The Technical Product Manager III is a strategic contributor responsible for driving the development and execution of complex technical products. • This role balances business goals with customer needs by collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions. • The TPM III is also responsible for gathering and documenting technical requirements, leading sprint planning, and ensuring product profitability. • They play a key role in capacity planning, removing roadblocks for engineering, and overseeing product testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. • Additionally, this position provides leadership and mentorship to junior technical product managers while ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and aligned with market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in product management and software engineering principles. • Deep knowledge and experience with SFDC Service Cloud, API Integrations, Q2C/CPQ applications and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical product management, including ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles for complex technical products. • Proven track record (5+ years) in defining product requirements, gathering user stories, and translating complex technical challenges into actionable business priorities. • Strong grasp of business operations, financial considerations, and market dynamics. • In-depth knowledge of agile software development methodologies and processes. • Expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines. • Advanced understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and the ability to create detailed test cases for product verification. • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also excelling in a collaborative team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior product managers.
