Description

• Responsible for supporting a team of buyers and vendor management. • Organizing and executing administrative steps across the acquisition lifecycle. • Assisting in vendor onboarding and operational due diligence reviews. • Focus on data entry, maintenance, and quality assurance for records. • Engage Vendors for additional information and manage changes as needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED. • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience. • 2 years’ experience in procurement or vendor management. • Ability to navigate technology for procurement processes. • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent work capability. • Strong Microsoft Excel experience. • Ability to multi-task and respond to changing deadlines. • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
