• Responsible for management and support of residential mortgage transactions • Manage and coordinate processes to ensure timely loan closure • Evaluate loan due diligence results and make disposition decisions • Track and resolve collateral exceptions and certifications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 8+ years of mortgage industry experience • Ability to handle internal and external diplomacy • Effective listening and communication skills • Knowledge of mortgage banking and securitizations • Ability to assess due diligence results and make decisions • Strong organizational and planning skills • Advanced Excel skills, SQL a plus
