• Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven communication professional passionate to lead internal communication strategies. • Craft and execute a scalable internal communications strategy that aligns with Radicle Health’s vision. • Optimize and oversee key communication platforms to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging. • Partner with senior leaders to craft compelling messages that engage employees and enhance organizational alignment. • Support communication efforts for major organizational changes and company-wide initiatives. • Establish benchmarks and use data-driven insights to improve communication strategies. • Establish and uphold communication policies, processes, and tools to streamline internal communication efforts.
