• 8+ years in a professional customer-facing (ideally external) position • 3+ years of analyzing and translating requirements in support of Salesforce implementations • Superior abilities in problem-solving and grasping complex requirements • Direct experience with formal Agile/Scrum methodologies with a history of running grooming sessions and ceremonies • Exceptional soft skills that lead to efficient project coordination • Leadership skills that are represented by a detail-oriented and highly organized approach • Excellent written communication skills • Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Advanced Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite of products • Experience with full cycle implementation of Salesforce B2B, CPQ or B2C Commerce is ideal • Up to 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary • Eligible to work in the United States or Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship
