🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Support roles • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions • Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success • Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • High attention to detail • Experience with CRM systems • Understanding of marketing tools and strategies • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) • Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms • Experience working in a SaaS environment • Proficiency in Spanish
