• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance-related policies and programs • Conduct risk assessments and advise senior management on potential compliance risks and solutions • Oversee and manage the tracking of compliance requirements and ensure reporting requirements are in accordance with applicable regulations • Develop and implement tools to track compliance with existing policies and programs • Monitor and analyze regulatory updates from government agencies and determine the potential impact to the Company’s compliance programs and the business • Develop, deliver, and maintain content, training materials, and other documentation for new and on-going compliance training programs and serve as the primary support for compliance training and education initiatives • Oversee the work of third-party consultants engaged by the Company to supplement the compliance function • Respond to employee questions and help them navigate specific compliance situations • Conduct periodic audits of, and prepare periodic reports and evaluations on, the Company’s compliance programs • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of trade compliance, legal, audit, and/or risk management experience in a global organization • 5 plus exp experience managing teams in multiple locations • Experience with the design, execution, monitoring, and audit of trade compliance programs • Experience with customs import and export regulations and controls, CTPAT requirements, sanctions compliance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence and drive change • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or advanced degree • Global Trade Compliance Certifications • Experience working in a manufacturing environment • Experience with trade regulations related to privacy a plus
