📋 Description

• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in healthcare, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and refine product features based on market demand, user feedback, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure that all AI product development aligns with the company's long-term strategy and drives tangible business outcomes. • Regularly assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation. • Lead data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize product performance and user experience. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and compliance, to drive the delivery of high-quality AI solutions. • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories, features, and requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development. • Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product and meet performance, accuracy, and scalability standards. • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to refine AI models, improve product performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. • Continuously iterate on products and features based on user feedback, analytics, and market needs to improve value and impact. • Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of product development and delivery. • Clearly communicate product goals, timelines, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Maintain a user-centric approach in all aspects of product development, ensuring that the final product meets the needs and expectations of healthcare providers and patients. • Work closely with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure that all product features and AI algorithms meet regulatory and ethical requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI, preferably in healthcare or related industries. • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to work closely with data science and engineering teams. • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered SaaS products. • Familiarity with AI ethics and governance frameworks in healthcare is preferred • Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, and feature delivery. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to drive product development. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business).
