📋 Description

• Lead development of core platform services for restaurant brands. • Own full product lifecycle for platform services products. • Drive product discovery through market research and user interviews. • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications. • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation. • Manage product releases and client onboarding processes. • Develop and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders. • Track and report on key product metrics and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a product manager. • 2 years of experience developing coupon and loyalty products. • Hands-on experience in the development and successful launch of new backend products and features in SCRUM/Agile environments. • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using API testing tools (Postman, cURL). • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
