📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of our BI and data-driven product strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. • Own the roadmap for our Data and Business Intelligence products. • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product priorities with business objectives. • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration. • Foster a data-driven culture within the company through insights and analytics. • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and API adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on data analytics, business intelligence, or SaaS products. • Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., YellowfinBI, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, in an agile environment. • Solid knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience design for data-driven products. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Pendo etc.). • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making. • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders. • Domain experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Practice Management Reporting and data products is preferred
