Description

• Responsible for core RaiseNow ecosystem as Senior Product Manager • Involves building and operationalizing RaiseNow platform • Manage APIs and SDKs that integrate with products and platforms • Drive RaiseNow Connect product and support monetization model development • Ensure customer experience consistency and manage customer lifecycle • Launch RaiseNow online marketplace within 1-2 years

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience as a product manager in SaaS and digital platform business • Technical background and knowledge of product development and release processes in an agile software development environment • Analytic and creative mind with strong communication and planning skills • Ability to influence across a large compound organisation and manage multiple, competing priorities • Oral and written language skills in English (C1) and German (B1-B2) • Nice to have: NGO/Fundraising, membership organisation, and digital payments background
