• Oversee fixed assets, leases, inventory and receivables. • Maintain fixed asset register, recording purchases and disposals. • Prepare and analyze reports related to fixed assets. • Ensure compliance with company policies and IFRS. • Liaise with auditors and support fixed assets audit. • Assist in budget preparation related to fixed assets. • Collaborate to streamline fixed asset processes. • Provide IFRS guidance to departments. • Maintain internal controls and procedures. • Lead preparation of financial statements related to fixed assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or other relevant certification is a plus • 1+ years of experience in fixed assets, with a strong understanding of IFRS Accounting Standards related to Fixed Assets, including IFRS 16, accounting for leases. • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and formulas, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, pivot tables and IF statements • Ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting • Proficiency in ERP systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, Oracle Cloud experience is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll and benefits issues. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. • Ability to work independently. • Results orientated, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to quick schedules.
