Description

• Develop and implement advanced financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and deliver actionable insights and solutions • Design and maintain financial models and dashboards for clear visibility into key metrics • Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Create and implement systems for accurate and efficient financial reporting and analysis • Continuously seek process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth, innovation, and excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry • Proven experience in building and leading FP&A functions • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-directed, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
