• Act as internal advocate for community's needs • Serve as go-to expert on Raptive platform • Activate Community Leaders for engagement • Develop and facilitate programming for involvement • Monitor trends to inform engagement strategies • Manage day-to-day operations of Community Leader Program • Interact with members on the community platform • Plan and post engaging content on community updates • Address complaints and maintain trust and satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ content strategy or community management experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, content, journalism, marketing or related field • Direct experience working with creators or influencers • Strategic thinker with user engagement strategies • Excellent editorial skills and understanding of content integrity • Native user of community and social media platforms • Able to work independently under pressure • Highly organized with strong time management skills • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Data driven and comfortable analyzing performance metrics
