🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-find candidates, especially in technical fields. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a deep understanding of compensation and market trends. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport. • Must be primarily located in the contiguous US • Must be authorized to work in the US
