Requirements

• Advise clients: You will serve as the front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners. • Communicate: Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and answer questions prior to booking. • Work with systems: Distribute requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM. • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). • Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility. • Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused. • Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
