• Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company since 2010. • Specializes in developing advanced online booking platforms for various clients. • Looking for a Global Partnerships and Alliances Manager to manage global partnerships. • Role includes establishing and overseeing a Center of Expertise for partnership management. • Develops and implements strategic initiatives and monitors market trends. • Leads sales and marketing efforts to expand cooperation with Agency Networks. • Monitors partnership performance against metrics and identifies areas for improvement. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and facilitates communication with partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus; • Relevant experience. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business development or account management of Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Networks, within the travel industry; • Proven track record in building strategies and managing teams of account managers; • Strong understanding of the global B2B travel industry and competitive landscape; • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies; • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and teams; • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; • Advanced English; • Readiness for business trips. 20 – 25% of working time might be required to attend global events. • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities and effective project management skills to coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously; • Analytical skills to monitor and assess key performance metrics; • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence.
