Description
• Build machine learning and AI products that drive personalized recommendations. • Collaborate with Product and Analytics to understand our products and design solutions. • Collaborate with Backend and Data Engineers to build out our ML platform. • Use practical experience to know when heuristics are more effective than full-scale ML/AI solutions. • Contribute to the continuous learning culture by staying updated and sharing knowledge.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning with a proven track record of shipping successful products. • Strong Python and SQL knowledge; ability to write clean, well-documented code. • Experience with high-scale software applications (distributed data, Spark, kubernetes) and rigorous testing/QA. • Familiarity with common ML frameworks/libraries (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc). • Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS and GCP. • Familiarity with modern ML tooling and operations. • An analytical mindset: comfortable analyzing data and grokking complex products.
