📋 Description
• The company is seeking a Product Manager who will be primarily responsible for the execution and delivery of our product initiatives. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, from planning through launch and beyond. • This role requires a keen attention to detail, a commitment to improving internal development processes, and a data-driven approach to measuring outcomes to ensure success. • The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features of the highest standards, on time, and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on execution and delivery in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Proven track record of managing complex product development projects, from planning through to successful launch and post-launch analysis. • Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to drive product decisions and improvements. • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product updates to stakeholders. • Fluency in English. • Technical background. • Experience in a research or academic technology space. • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies. • Background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
