📋 Description

• Senior Analyst, Claims Compliance at Branch, supporting claims team to ensure compliance. • Building a data-driven claims experience to enhance client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Five (5) more years of combined insurance experience in auto and property claims • Two (2) or more years of experience in a compliance or audit role with an emphasis on Medicare compliance • Broad knowledge of claims compliance laws, regulations and Section 111 requirements • Experience with complaint handling procedures • Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and pivot in a fast paced environment • Creative, out of the box thinker who has a passion for helping others • Ability to “Call the Play” with imperfect information • Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite and Google suite • Instinctually identify opportunities and create data-supported solutions • Insurance designation (AIC, SCLA, CPCU, etc.) is a plus
