•The Payroll Analyst manages a broad range of responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and auditing of payroll across multiple legal entities and countries. •The role will support, manage and analyze payroll data and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for 6500+ employees in North America. •The incumbent plays a crucial role in improving payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the payroll function. •The successful Payroll Analyst is collaborative, hands-on, results-oriented, innovative, and operates with the utmost integrity, embracing RB Global’s “One Team All-In” mentality. •This is a remote role.
🎯 Requirements
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in US/Canada full-cycle timekeeping and payroll processing. •Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM and advanced Excel and mathematical skills. •Strong analytical skills to identify errors and trends in payroll data. •Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations and data entry. •Advanced understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements. •Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management. •Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills. •Associate level degree in Accounting/Business OR commensurate experience.
