Description

• The Staff Development Engineer will work with our Development and Engineering teams to support the creation of high-quality, efficient solar PV projects, specifically ground mount and landfill. • This role involves evaluating, analyzing, and designing in-house development projects, with a focus on optimizing for maximum financial returns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of solar energy system design experience, preferably working with the design of new facilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. • Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside people with varied interests and backgrounds. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Proven and influential verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient with the Microsoft Windows Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Salesforce. • Some travel required (up to 25%).
