Description

• As a Product Designer at Readdle, shape the UI/UX of our Documents product. • Conduct insightful research and stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends. • Implement user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive user experiences. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for design concepts. • Ensure a consistent user experience across iOS and Web platforms. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research for insights. • Plan and conduct usability tests for user satisfaction. • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. • Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and efficiency. • Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and technology. • Participate in strategic discussions to shape product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing for iOS and Web applications, with a portfolio to demonstrate past work. • Strong expertise in user interface and user experience design. • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges with little guidance and provide practical solutions. • Efficient communication skills to work collaboratively in a team setting, integrating feedback and viewpoints from different team members. • Curiosity to discover the best solution using all available resources. • Advanced visual design skills and attention to detail. • Experience with animation tools such as Rive, Lottie, or After Effect.
