• ReadMe is looking for a strong Backend Engineer who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. • Own major feature development. • Guide architectural planning decisions and liaise with product and design to determine what is technically feasible. • Implement coding best practices. • Creative problem solving. • Support other engineers’ growth on the team by knowledge sharing, pair programming, and mentoring.
