Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 10-12 years of relevant experience in an Advertising agency or in-house client setting. • Must have experience working with clients within the pharmaceutical industry. • Deep knowledge of popular social media channels, both at a user and creative level. • Understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape. • Ability to manage multiple organic and paid content calendars. • Demonstrates strong expertise in working with creative teams. • Exceptional presentation skills — both verbal and written. • Highly organized, proactive, and a critical, creative thinker under pressure. • Project management experience, with ability to meet deadlines and manage detailed budgets. • Supervisory skills, with ability to manage and cultivate junior staff. • Positive, team-oriented attitude. • Demonstrated experience developing direct reports and influence-managing matrixed teams.
