Description

• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. • Assist in gathering requirements and analysing data. • Support the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. • Present meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to understand and extract business needs. • Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights. • Create high-level wireframes and prototypes using tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, or Figma. • Work closely with teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. • Support QA in developing test cases and conducting testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq and Figma • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies • Collaboration and teamwork mindset • Basic business acumen and strategic thinking • Creative thinking and ability to visualise concepts • Exposure to programming languages such as Python • Understanding of cloud computing concepts (GCP, AWS, Azure) • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira) • Knowledge of UML diagrams and modelling techniques • Basic understanding of API concepts and testing tools like Postman • Experience in creating user interface designs and mockups
