• Provide design leadership on projects • Collaborate with product managers, content strategists, and developers • Lead UI Design following best practices for web and accessibility • Design system creation • Design presentations to clients, clearly communicate user journey and needs • Participation in B Corp mandate to improve social and environmental impact

Requirements

• 5-7 years of interaction design experience in an agency setting • A high degree of proficiency with FIGMA, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to translate project strategy and client needs into insightful design concepts • Keen knowledge of digital best practices and current trends • Experience with design systems and modular design • Experience creating inclusive, accessible UX/UI— you believe the web is for everyone • Experience as part of a multidisciplinary team • Able to accept and provide thoughtful feedback and strong ideas • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • You view constraints as a critical part of the creative process and solving problems • A keen desire to learn, grow your knowledge, and play with new tools and processes • You must provide an online portfolio with details about your specific role and contributions.
