Description

•As a Sr. Product Designer at Rebrandly, you'll be key in elevating the customer experience across our platform. •You'll combine your passion for user-centric design with data-driven insights to identify and implement solutions that optimize usability, functionality, and overall customer satisfaction. •Your work will directly impact our growth and competitive advantage in the market. •Lead Design Initiatives: Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative features and enhancements that directly improve the user experience on the Rebrandly platform. •Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. •Analyze Data: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify user pain points, measure feature effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for optimization. •Create Design Artifacts: Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision and guide development. •Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and successful implementation of designs. •Advocate for the User: Be a champion for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product design within PLG or SaaS companies. •A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design. •Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. •Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and the ability to interpret data to inform design decisions. •Experience with prototyping tools. •Experience contributing to design systems and tooling. •Experience with AB testing overall approach. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
