• Learn all of Rebuilt’s services and what we offer to potential customers • Maintain new/existing relationships with customers • Conduct virtual and phone sales presentations to close new customers • Coach and train some of the existing inside sales team • Lead training sessions on a weekly basis
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience wholesaling • Minimum 1 year experience in a team lead/managerial role • Ability to thrive in a remote environment • Strong communication skills - both written and oral - and a sincere passion for helping others • High emotional intelligence who can easily understand and built rapport with customers • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast paced environment • Open to coaching and feedback with a desire to grow and develop • Highly results driven
