π Support Engineer
β’ Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting core feature set and services β’ Help all incoming Merchant and Partner issues β’ Work closely with engineering teams for consistent end user experience β’ Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through internal ticketing system β’ Create new documentation or update existing documentation as required β’ Prepare reports on technical issues requiring further investigation or action β’ Resolve complex technical issues by analyzing problems, testing solutions, and recommending changes β’ Install new software and upgrade existing software to ensure functionality β’ Coordinate with other departments for quick issue resolution β’ Troubleshoot software problems and networks to identify and resolve issues β’ Suggest improvements in work processes, procedures, or policies
β’ BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred β’ Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment β’ Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) β’ Excellent CSS skills β’ Exceptional understanding of HTML β’ Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging, testing, and optimizing β’ Understanding of performant SaaS environment β’ Demonstrated excellence in listening and communication β’ Time-management and organizational skills β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams β’ Self-motivated, driven, and willing to take ownership and responsibility β’ Ambitious problem solver and proactive self educator to improve ones understanding and skill set when facing challenges β’ Nice to haves: Remote work experience, Startup experience, SaaS or managed services experience, Atlassian/Jira experience, Scrum/Agile experience, Omni-channel support experience (customer chat)
