Description

• Join the design team shaping the future of AI-powered shopping experiences across our global software platforms. • This is a Senior Product Designer role on our new R/AI Team. • R/AI is a new software platform we’re creating in partnership with Google. • The Sr. Product Designer bridges the gap between user needs and business goals. • Responsible for translating user needs into delightful and intuitive interfaces. • Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers. • Contributing to the overall success of our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience designing, building, and shipping applications or software utilizing Figma • Experience working closely with other product designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders • Experience building components within Figma and design tokens, bonus points for Storybook experience • A strong portfolio of product design work, including designs that showcase both an ability to think in scalable systems, and a solid understanding of key graphic design principles (hierarchy/layout, color, and typography) • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems into easy-to-understand concepts
