• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and validate solutions through testing. • Design and prototype user interfaces for Salesforce applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform and iterate on design solutions. • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and Salesforce platform capabilities. • Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI patterns.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in the IT Services industry with Salesforce and DocuSign experience. • Proven experience designing for Salesforce user setups including Salesforce DocuSign CLM. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. • English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English). • Client-facing with effective communication skills for collaborating with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations. • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment. • Extremely organized and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
