• Über die Stelle: Recare vernetzt Krankenhäuser, medizinische Nachversorger und Kostenträger mit innovativen digitalen Lösungen, um Übergangsprozesse im Gesundheitswesen effizienter, schneller und patientenzentrierter zu gestalten. • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Nutzung unserer Plattform durch Nachversorger zu intensivieren und so den Entlassprozess im Krankenhaus zu beschleunigen. • Recare ist der Technologiepartner für ein optimales Entlassmanagement. Mit seiner Software-as-a-Service-Plattform ermöglicht das Unternehmen einfache und effiziente Entlass- und Überleitungsprozesse von Patientinnen und Patienten, die nach ihrem Krankenhausaufenthalt eine weitere Versorgung benötigen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du bringst starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären, und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse und Perspektiven deiner Kunden. • Du führst gerne Kundengespräche am Telefon, kannst mit dem medizinischen Personal der Nachverorger und Entscheidungsträgern souverän kommunizieren und sie für Upselling-Möglichkeiten begeistern. • Du arbeitest stets kundenorientiert und bringst Interesse und Neugierde für Digitalisierung und Change Management im Bereich eHealth mit. • Dir fällt es leicht, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte zu managen und dabei die Prioritäten nicht aus dem Auge zu verlieren. • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse.
