Description

• RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil. • The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance. • You will be responsible for the Loans squad supporting the product area with Senior Product Design knowledge. • Translate customer needs into attractive, efficient, and highly usable design solutions. • Work closely with product owners and managers, defining products and strategies. • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on data-driven experiments. • Communicate with the development team to design viable solutions. • Support your squad and prioritize tasks based on business priorities. • Assist and participate in data-research until findings are made tangible in the product. • Work based on the Design System, providing ideas for its maintenance and expansion. • Interact with others on the UX team, raising the level of technical design quality.

Requirements

• Product Design Experience. • Experience in projects in the Loans & Credit areas. • Knowledge of the end-to-end design process with special emphasis on data-driven experiments and fast-paced prototyping. • Experience in identifying and prioritizing opportunities, formulating hypotheses, creating experiments, and collaboratively creating success metrics. • Strong communication skills and familiarity with technical language to facilitate collaboration with other teams, especially engineering. • Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and UX for different devices. • Organizational skills required to create and maintain user-friendly documentation. • Familiarity working in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment where data-driven experimentation and testing are valued. • Owner mentality, business oriented, data driven, detail oriented. • Ability to communicate your ideas, concepts, and viewpoints clearly to executive and c-level management.
