Description

• Participate in all phases of the design process (research, design, testing). • Identify customer needs and align them with business goals. • Organize and conduct UX research as needed, conduct user testing and refine designs to create optimal user experiences. • Present design work clearly and support decisions with strong arguments. • Develop wireframes and prototypes focused on user needs. • Manage simple design flows independently and collaborate with senior designers on complex projects. • Document design decisions and update design systems and guidelines. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure proper implementation. • Receive and apply feedback from senior designers to improve skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working on design projects, from product strategy to implementation. • Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems. • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Zeroheight, FigJam, and Miro. • Basic knowledge of UX research and usability testing methods, with a growing ability to apply them in practice. • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Autonomy in handling design tasks, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
