📋 Description

• Recidiviz is hiring a Tech Lead Manager to lead product development • You'll manage a team and provide technical leadership in building impactful products • Collaborate with product managers and designers for effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills and high empathy and kindness • 5+ years of software engineering experience • 2+ years of engineering management experience • Experience working in a cross-functional organization that designs, builds, and launches products for users with multiple stakeholders • Experience architecting and building user-facing web products • Strong coding abilities and system design skills • Experience with team leadership, including roadmap planning and project management • Experience managing or mentoring engineers
