Description

• Apply expertise in UX and usability to craft high-quality experiences • Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points • Lead user interviews, validation sessions, and usability tests • Utilize data for informed decision-making with product managers and engineers • Collaborate across departments to gather user insights • Work within and contribute to design system • Test solutions before release to ensure alignment with designs • Mentor team members in product design

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design, emphasizing user-centered design • Demonstrated Product Designer experience with a robust portfolio • Solid understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience with user research methodologies • Proficient in design and prototyping tools, including Figma • Enthusiastic about evolving design techniques • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred • Experience with AI-based solutions or features preferred
