📋 Description
• Responsible for inputting daily labor into the Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS). • Performing clerical duties for the department. • Inputting data in connection with the Corporate Time & Attendance Management Systems (CTAMS) from labor distribution forms. • Keeping electronic file of labor distribution forms using Adobe Acrobat. • Performing filing, typing and other clerical duties as assigned. • Maintaining office files. • Reviewing and inputting reports into various database systems. • Running reports from various databases.
🎯 Requirements
• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's Department of Education or recognized accredited organization. • Must possess experience with data entry. • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access (Preferred/Desirable Skills/Qualifications). • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (Preferred/Desirable Skills/Qualifications). • Experience using Payroll Distribution Systems (i.e. Kronos) (Preferred/Desirable Skills/Qualifications).
