• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads in targeted markets. • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead nurturing and conversions. • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and partnerships. • Design and execute cutting-edge sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. • Identify target markets and key customer segments. • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation initiatives. • Forge and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. • Lead high-stakes sales negotiations and successfully close significant deals. • Oversee the contractual process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. • Monitor key sales metrics, KPIs, and performance against targets. • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a Business Development Manager, Sales Specialist, or a similar role in B2B sales. • Experience in SaaS, technology, or related fields is highly desirable. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation technology. • Fluent English, knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset.
